Gabriola Soccer Association offers a few options for school-aged children to get playing soccer on Gabriola!

U8 — U18 Soccer

~ Born 2008 to 2018 ~
Price before July 15th, 2025: $225
Price after July 15th, 2025: $275

I Love to Play Soccer

~ Born 2019 to 2020 ~
$100 – No early bird rate available

To ensure a better experience for players and coaches, the Gabriola Soccer Association is introducing registration limits for each age group for the 2025/26 season.

Last year, some teams had over 20 players and not enough coaches to form a second team. To avoid this, we’re setting the following player limits per team:

U8/U9: 10 players
U10/U11: 12 players
U12/U13: 14 players

Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a team reaches its limit, additional players will be placed on a waitlist. If we’re able to recruit another coach, we’ll form a second team using players from the waitlist.

Thanks for your understanding and support in helping us provide a safe, fun, and manageable soccer experience for everyone!

Tentative practice schedule: U8/U9 Thurs 4.30-6pm.  U10/U11 Tues 4.30-6pm, optional drop-in Thurs 4.30-6pm.  U12/U13 Tues 4.30-6pm, optional drop-in Thurs 4.30-6pm.

  • By submitting this application for registration, and given that soccer has an inherent risk, I myself, my heirs and executors, hereby release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Gabriola Soccer Association or it’s representatives, assignees for any and all damages which may arise out of my travelling to, participating in, or returning from any soccer activity, I consent to the above named player participating in the activities of the Gabriola Soccer Association and acknowledge that there are risks associated with such participation. I give my consent for the Gabriola Soccer Association to forward the above information to the BC Soccer Association and the Upper Island Soccer Association as required by those organizations.
    Parents and Players Code of Conduct can be found under the .menu option Registration / Printable forms. A copy of this registration will sent to the Parent/Guardian email #1 above.

FOR PAYMENT you can pay via etransfer to gabriolasoccer@gmail.com or send a cheque payable to Gabriola Soccer Association to PO Box 195, Gabriola, BC V0R 1X0, or drop a cheque or cash off to Twin Cedars Veterinary Services, 885 Buttercup Rd. Monday to Friday 9am-12 or 1-4pm.

Our refund policy outlines how requests are handled throughout the season, including deadlines, eligibility, and exceptions. This helps us manage program costs responsibly while ensuring families know what to expect.

PAYING FOR FEES:  Please note that the Gabriola Soccer Association will never turn away a child who wishes to play, due to inability to afford the fees. Programs such as Jumpstart and Kidsport have helped Gabriola families in the past with affording registration fees. Please talk to us or you can contact both programs here at jumpstart.canadiantire.ca or www.kidsportcanada.ca.
